After exhausting substantial personal savings and facing multiple business challenges, he returned to his hometown of Peddapalli to rebuild from the ground up.
Instead of giving up, the team spent time understanding consumer behavior, improving product quality, strengthening supply chains, and redesigning the business model with long-term sustainability in mind.
